Costume Worn At: Saboten-Con 2011, TaiyouCon 2012 & Anime Expo 2012

I'm currently living in Arizona and have been cosplaying since 2007. I have been interested in Japanese entertainment since I watched Sailor Moon when I was three. I learned about cosplay in 2006 when wanted Kairi's Kingdom Hearts 2 dress for Halloween - since then I have been an active and avid cosplayer in the community.

My favorite thing about Panty is that she is absolutely NOTHING like me. It gives me the chance to be the true cosplayer, and be someone that I would never be in my daily life - Panty and I couldn't be more complete opposites if we tried. But none the less I find her character mesmerizing with her don't give a f*** attitude 24/7. She gets down to business when need be and has a badass personality - I love it!

The construction of the costume was over all easy, I used white bridal satin, stretch gold with craft foam and a variety of different things such as feathers, ornaments, and gold chain for the decorative and accessory portions of the costume. The wig was honestly the most challenging part as I just couldn't seem to get the styling to my liking and it to multiple washes and attempted to even get it to the point of me wearing it.
