This piece for Katsucon took a little under a month to create, initially when making it I did consider closing the breast plate to make the design more practical but decided I had taken a number of small liberation's from the original design as it was and thought it better to stick with the art more closely for the major recognizable armor traits so I didn't wander to far from the original look over all.

The leg pieces are my favorite part of this costume hands down. Fun fact, the knee cap part actually hide about 50% of the additional beading and sculpting work of those thigh pieces D:
