I fell in love with this costume the moment I saw it for the first time. It’s so elegant!

The sewing process was harder than I expected and especially the collar gave me some serious difficulties. I am so happy how it turned out in the end and I am quite proud that my collar construction worked out.

I put a lot of effort into the costume. The coat is completely lined and all details you can see on the skirt and on the collar are hand painted with a huge amount of fabric paint. It took me hours but I think it was definitely worth it!

The rod consists of wood and a light weight construction of craftfoam that was covered with Worbla’s Finest Art, then painted with acrylics. That prop took me so much longer as I had planned, but I like the result a lot! :)

For the pictures we used colored flashlights for the very first time and I have to say, I really wouldn’t wanna miss the effect in the pictures! I totally love it and all thanks and credits here go to Calssara. Many thanks for taking the photos!
