Tomoyo is a powerful miko sorceress responsible for maintaining the wards of Nihon that protect the country from demons. While Tomoyo is her given name, she also goes by the hereditary name of Tsukuyomi, the Princess of Shirosagi Castle who keeps the wards. Tomoyo’s powers are related to the moon, which grants her the ability to send people through time and space and also to communicate to others through dreams (or at least other incarnations of herself). Tsukuyomi is a Japanese word associated with the moon. Tomoyo lived in Shirosagi Castle and was their priestess from her youth. Despite her age, she was the most powerful priestess in Japan.

I like kimono costumes a lot and the character is very interesting despite being a supporting one. It was a challenge to shoot this heavy costume in the sands, but it was an unforgettable experience and totally worth it.
