Who Framed Roger Rabbit? See more images of Jessica Rabbit Jessica Rabbit is a sultry human Toon singer at a Los Angeles supper club called the "Ink and Paint Club". She is one of several suspects in the framing of her husband, Roger Rabbit, who is a famous cartoon star. Despite her bad girl image Jessica deeply loves her husband Roger. As proof of her love she tells Eddie Valiant that she'll pay any price for Roger and she helps prove him innoccent by assisting in Eddie's investigation. Her creator writer Gary K. Wolf based Jessica primarily on the cartoon character Red in Tex Avery's "Red Hot Riding Hood." In the film she is voiced by Kathleen Turner.
