O-ren Ishii from the movie series - Kill Bill, has a tragic backstory. Her parents murdered in front of her as a child, she trained to become a high class assassin to exact revenge on her parent's murderer.

O-ren was easy to do, I just made a custom fit bodysuit with 2 way stretch vinyl fabric (not comfy at all! haha), cut and styled a short black wig, and made a 30 min (really crappy and rushed, day before con) sniper rifle. A lot of people tell me I look like Lucy Liu so that was my main inspiration for this particular cosplay. I do plan on doing the white kimono version in due time, but I really enjoyed the backstory of the red sniper outfit more so I did that one first. O-ren (sniper) debuted at CCEE 2011.
