Avalon Code Photographer: Gabriel Dias I've been cosplaying since 2005, and one of my favourite things in this hobby is to craft my own costumes and armours. Valdo caught my heart when I first saw him. He comes from the amazing game Avalon Code, and plays an important part in the plot. After falling in love with his story and personality, I couldn't resist and started making his costume. With Valdo I got one first place - as the best costume in the convention - and one of my favourite set of photos. It was made in 2010, and in that same year I got an amazing photoshoot with Neo NiGHTS inside a miniature castle in my city. The armour was entirely made with foam covered with vinyl, and the sword sculpted in a piece of wood. The most difficult part was the shoulder piece, as it gave me a lot of headache until I could figure it's shape out! And my favourite part is the crown! I really felt like a prince while wearing that ~ ahaha The truth is that there are very few people who have played this game, so wearing it was a nice opportunity to meet them around the world. Valdo is, even after these three years since I made it, one of my dearest cosplays. Cosplayer: Laz
