Looks like Velma grew up a bit while hunting ghouls and goblins... This outfit was actually a request costume. I made it quickly the week before the con. I bought the wig, the shirt and the socks. I used 3D glasses, and spray painted them to make them a uniform black. I made the skirt and shoes myself.
