I wanted to make this costume since 2006 when I first starting killing her for that stupid chapeau, lol. The costume is made of vinyl, NON-STRETCH suede (why did I ever do that?!?), satin, wonderflex, worbla, acrylic gems, acrylic paint, model magic and a butt-ton of buckles.
