The photos were taken in Recife Antigo, during the holidays. We had to arrive early and enjoy it while it did not have much light and stayed until the end of the day.

Bellatrix fits perfectly into the kind of villain that I like. She’s crazy and fun, she loves to see the suffering of others and this ends up being the fun of it. Besides having an unmistakable laugh. Some people say I’m like her, which ended up encouraging me to invest more in character.

All my costumes, Bellatrix was the character I most lived. I used in several conventions of costumes and events dedicated to Harry Potter.

The reaction of the fans is pretty fun. They yell at me, saying "I killed Sirius Black" sometimes curse me, but it always ends in laughter.

My costumes are made by my cousin. Accessories are usually made by my boyfriend. The hardest part was the corset. We use leather and it is hand-sewn.

Bellatrix was my first cosplay. And like others, I will never abandon. I've been cosplaying for four years and Bellatrix is already part of me.
