The Anarchy sisters, Panty and Stocking, are angels who were kicked out of Heaven due to their bad behavior.

The younger of the Anarchy sisters, Stocking is a goth girl with a gluttonous appetite for sugary foods. Although she is more level-headed than Panty, she can be just as rude as her sister when angry, particularly when people tamper with her sweets or call her overweight.

Her stockings transform into a pair of katanas called Stripe I (ストライプI Sutoraipu Wan) and Stripe II (ストライプII Sutoraipu Tsū).
