Hi everyone! My name is Laura and I’m from Madrid, Spain. I’ve been cosplaying since 2008.

Thélema and I had a great time taking these pictures. We went to the snowy mountains in Madrid to try to achieve the look of the final fight in the episode VII.

My Rey costume is one of the easiest I’ve ever made, haha. There’s no mistery: I sewed a cotton shirt, grey linen pants, the hanging gauze clothes, the belt, the pouch and I bought the same boots model she wears in the movie. It’s a very comfy costume!!

The staff is made out of a PVC pipe and foam. Tutorial here

One of the most difficult parts for me was the make up. Natural make up styles are always tricky and I0m quite happy with this one.

This is not gonna be my last Rey costume :D
