This costume was made especially for the festival "Anime factor 2012" in Khabarovsk. I've always wanted to embody this image of a Sailor warrior and, quite unexpectedly as it turned out, my girlfriend wanted to do Helios for a long time. So we come to the common realization of our dreams! Chibi- Usa - this is a very cute character , but with a very sad story. However, in all her life changed when she found what so long dreamed of - friends! I love her character determination, kindness, perseverance, as well as a combination of a dream to become a real lady , her mother - queen and faithful to duty sailor warrior.
