Hi! I’m Marinyan, I’ve been a cosplayer since 2009! I love watch anime and especially do cosplay! In daily life, I work, I’m interior designer, and almost all my free time I use do cosplay! I bought the first cosplays, then I commissioned it, but in recent years I make them entirely alone, only my boyfriend helps me with weapons.

I liked immediately the Black Heart cosplay, and doing it was not hard, in about a week I did everything :D Wearing the Black Heart cosplay is always quite embarrassing for me... but the love for the character makes me overcome the embarrassment!

I brought this cosplay first to Romics of 2013, and at Lucca in 2013 with my girlfriends Saru cosplay (White Heart) and Venus Cosplay (Purple Heart), but last year I have decided to improve it and bring it to the convention again, was the Romics 2014, and again I made couple with Saru that made White Heart!

Black Heart in the game and the anime uses some particular weapons, and often someone asks me why I have not done them. In most cases, if my cosplay has a weapon, I reproduce it, for example I did Hecate, Sinon’s rifle (Sword Art Online II), but for Black Heart I decided specifically not to make weapons because I did not like them so much... I believe that her weapons would make the cosplay less beautiful... These photos, like most of my photos are taken by Stratos Image, my boyfriend.
