I must say that I’m deeply in love with all CLAMP series, xxxHolic is one of my favourites! Yuuko’s enigmatic and mysterious personality instantly charmed me. When I saw the kimono with the gigantic butterflies, I decided to challenge myself by doing this costume. Each time I encounter a new challenge, it stimulates me and fills me with enthusiasm! Oh the butterflies... Many hours spent on those: draw the design, transfer on the fabric, painting (ALL OF THEM), appliqué by sewing machine and by hand... But in the end I had a lot of fun ;)
