Kaileena is a powerful and mysterious woman who rules over the Island of Time as its Empress. Both the Prince and the Vizier seek her for her involvement in the Sands of Time's creation. Kaileena was conceived at the very beginning of time, as a necessary by-product of the process of creating the timeline. She gains her power from a part of the timeline itself, which she carries within her soul.
