I’m a Mexican cosplayer but I had the opportunity to work for this photoshoot with my friends Andrea Bonvisutto and Alice Chimera in Brescia, Italy.

I love this version of Esther because is very elegant but at the same time, she looks very stronge, determinated and ready to defend everything that she believes.

The first time that I used my cosplay was in El Salon del Manga, a great convention in Barcelona, Spain when I was judge of the Spanish selective for the European Cosplay Gathering in 2013.

Then, I took my cosplay in a straordinary event on the Mediterranean Sea, the Explay Cosplay Award, and I won the first place of the competition, that was an excelent prize: A Smart Car of the year! So, I’m very thankfull to this cosplay for that achivement:

The part of the costume most difficult was to recreate the exactly decoration of the fabrics that you could apreciate in the original illustration of Thores Shibamoto. I had to convine different materiales, Embroidery techniques and painting, but I’m really happy with the results.
