I'm Chris! I'm 21 and I'm French. I do Cosplay & Modeling. To create the costume top I sewed the cloth directly on a strapless bra. The skirt was made like a business outfit skirt with a zipper in the back. For the hat, I made a cone without top with heavy paper, then I fixed with strapple at the base of cone the same cone made of cloth. The heavy paper kept the right shape of the hat. Then I did a cardboard crown and glued it at the base of paper cone. To finish, I glued cloth around the crown.
