The character is Alice Liddell from the second part of American McGee’s Alice called "Alice: Madness Returns" - Alice fell back into her wonderland. Her wonderland is falling apart, which represents her ruined memories. Because her therapist told her, she was the one, who killed her family. Now she’s fighting against dark creatures in wonderland to clear her mind.

Alice is my all-time favorite character! I love the story of the games and I could play Alice: Madness returns again and again. I also really like the designs of her outfits and the oriental stage, where she’s wearing the Silk Maiden outfit is my favorite - that’s why I chose this one.

At first I wasn’t sure if I should make this outfit, because I wanted to keep is close to the original. But I liked it so much that I just had to do it! The hardest part was painting all the flowers on the fabric, long nights of painting and painting... but it was worth it! I’m not 100% satisfied with the result, but I’m never 100% satisfied with my costumes.

Anyway in 2014 I also finally managed to build myself a Hobby Horse, which is my favorite weapon in the game.

I just love being Alice and wearing this and my other Alice costumes.
