This was my first costume ever. The photoshoot was when I was 17 years old at the north site of Athens.

It was a very easy and quick costume. Most parts was stuff that I already had inside my wardrobe, except from the shirt in which I sew some zippers. The zippers were the most difficult part, because I never sew anything in my life before.

Misa Amane is a very cute and childish character, who is lost in this showbiz chaos she went into. Her sensitive side comes to the surface when she falls in love with Light Yagami, the main character of the anime, who uses her in his advantage to achieve his goal. Misa is a very special character. It shows a pure innoscent child in a world where people try to kill and use each other.

People react very positive in my cosplay, she is a gothic lollita, which is always impressive. That led me to keep going with cosplay!

I knew what cosplay was since I was 13, but I didn’t knew that we had conventions in my country. When I turned 16, one friend told me to go to a cosplay convention. I made Misa Amane and a lot of kids in my age and older wanted to meet me. After that, costumes became my second skin.

I've been making costumes for 3 years now. Everytime I’m trying to make my costume better than the last one.
